Sex Word Etymology: Nipple: 16th Century:
Happy Summer Everyone!

Sex Word Etymology for the word Nipple = Female breast.

Nipple, is a word that originates from the 16th Century. This word is thought to originate from the "Nib", meaning point. Nipple is defined as a projection that provides an outlet for milk at the center of the female breast.

Another variation is Nips, which is a 20th-century colloquial abbreviation.

Historic example: I read through several of my books but could not find an example of the word nipple!!! If you know of a historic example please let me know.

Example from my books:
Being Wicked: Grace~ Pg:42-43
Turning back toward Winston, she gazed at the bed. The carved platform stood only three paces from the tub. It was low to the ground and covered in the same rich crimson as the walls.

At each corner of the bed frame, there resided an elephant head carved with elaborate detail. Their smooth, wide ears tapered down to a ridged and looped trunk. Images of ankles and wrists tied to each of the four elephants' trunks as Winston's fingertips trailed her body in a fire that engulfed her and made her eyes widen. Winston. She glanced across her shoulder at him.

He stood with no shirt on, no shoes, and only his trousers. His smooth chest held no hair, not like Oscar's. His nipples peaked on rounded muscles. Grace's fingertips pinched together as if rolling the sensitive flesh that tapered down his flat stomach to the edge of his pantaloons.

"Undress, Grace."

He didn't move, but his stomach muscles visibly tensed.

"Undress..." Reaching up, she pulled the tie to her shift and the shoulders loosened.

Oscar had never asked her to undress for him. He had always been the one to disrobe her. Doing so was one of the intimacies he could do, and she had savored every brush of his fingers, hands, and lips on her skin as he did so. She worried the inside of her cheek. How should she go about undressing for a man?

How would Oscar have wanted her to undress?

Like a cat playing with its food, she would tease Winston just a bit...before doing as he wished.

His eyes darkened and he stared at her, unmoving.

She rotated her hips and kept her fingers tightly on the strings of her shift. I n her mind, music as exotic as the ladies of India, with their dark skin and hair, drifted in the air. Their bodies, covered in rich red and green silks embroidered with gold and silver threads, danced with her.

She pressed the balls of her feet into the floor and bent her knees slightly, then rocked her hips, as Emma had been doing in the ballroom below. With each rock of her hips, she slowly turned around in a circle.

Her hands rubbed the skin of her breasts, hard nipples poked the palms of her hands, In her mind, the women of India rubbed her breasts, then trailed hot hands along naked thighs.

"Grace!"

Grace's eyes opened, and the beautiful, exotic images faded.

"You are a delightful dancer, Grace. I wish you to undress for me."

Her fingers shook on the strings to her shift. Take a deep breath, Grace, and relax. She swallowed and lowered her eyes from his.

"Grace. Undress now."

Sex Word Etymology: Pussy, Pussie, Puss: 17th Century
Sex Word Etymology for the word Pussy = Female Genitals.

Pussy, used as slang, is a word that originates from the 17th Century. The cat has long been associated with women. By the 17th Century the word Puss was used as a term of endearment for a woman. By the mid 17th Century people started using it as slang for the female genital.

This is one of my personal ack words. Blush. I have a hard time writing it and saying it. Grin.

Historic example: Aeneas, here’s a Health to thee, To Pusse and to good company.” ~Charles Cotton, Virgile Travestie, 1664.

The word pussie is now used of a woman.”~ Philip Stubbes, The Anatomie of Abuses, 1583

Example from my books:
Being Wicked~ Pg:37
“Grace.” He slid his knee between her thighs and up against the wall behind her. His hand on the paneled wall reached up and grabbed her chin. He turned her head to the side and forced her gaze to the door. “You see that door, Grace? You need to walk out it. You have never belonged with this set.” The heat of her pussy seeped through his silk pantaloons and dampened his thigh. God, if she didn’t leave, he would end up carrying her up the stairs and into his bed.

Two New Reviews!
Being Wicked has received some fantastic reviews in the last two days!

Fallen Angel Reviews~ Gives Being wicked 5 angels and a Recommended Read!!!

Being Wicked was wickedly entertaining. I loved the two stories, and they overlapped at the best moments. All of the characters were very intense, passionate, and relatable... something very key for me, when reading a romance of any genre. Ms. Danes is an awesome example for erotica writers everywhere... even though she is relatively new, she is already making a name for herself. I believe it is because she always has a plot that captivates, strong chemistry between her characters, and love scenes that burn up the pages, among other things. I have read all Ms. Danes' novels to date and have found them all extremely entertaining. I look forward to reading her next masterpiece.

A Signed Copy of *BEING WICKED*
A Signed Copy of *A RED HOT VALENTINE'S DAY*
A Signed Copy of *NAUGHTY BITS*
As well as a bag of Salted Caramels from the wonderful store Cacao

drinking chocolate spiced with cinnamon too. Stop by if you are in
town for that fantastic treat!)
And a Jimmy Jane LITTLE EMBER SET

I am currently working on a historical erotic set in the mid 19th century Cornwall England. I am having a tough time finding a name for my heroine that I feel truly fits her. Currently I am calling her Rachel.

Rachel has deep brown hair and hazel eyes that change color depending on what she wears. She is the daughter of a coachman, and a housekeeper. Her last name is Grey. Her personality is open, loving, and curious. She is following in her parent’s footsteps and longs to find for herself the deep committed love her parents share. She has a fear of small spaces, and a love for anything pink including a pair of deep pink boots she received as a hand me down gift from the daughter of her parents employer.

Other ideas I have had for her name are Alice, Elizabeth, Charlotte.
Please reply to this post with an idea for my heroine’s name. It can be one of the above... or something you think up!

Best of luck to you!
Hugs and kisses,
Lacy.

LUV the pink dress as it's timeless and be worn day or night. With your coloring you'd turn heads. Men would take note while women would wish they were you!

Release Day! And A Giveaway!
Today my book Being Wicked releases. I am very excited about this book, as it was the first book of this sort that I have written. It is two interweaving novellas.

The first about Lilly, an innocent young woman who follows her brother to a party where she sees the underbelly of London for the very first time.

The second about a widow named Grace who had her dreams of a normal life shattered by her now past husband. When she tries to start that normal life she dreamed about, she realizes she is drawn to the world of sin her late husband showed to her but is terrified by the pain it caused the first time.
